New

More info

Build a clean, safe and fast DC connection between your battery bank and inverter/DC distribution. This ready-to-install set combines two flexible 35mm² battery cables (red + black, 2 meters) with genuine Victron overcurrent protection: a MEGA-fuse 125A / 80V and a robust Victron MEGA-fuse holder—so your installation is protected, tidy, and trouble-free from day one.

Why this set is a smart choice

  • Problem-free, quick installation: correct cable size, correct fuse type, correct holder—just mount, bolt and connect.

  • High-quality, flexible cable: double insulated, oil resistant and very flexible (Class 6 copper) for easy routing in tight spaces.

  • Proper DC protection with Victron components: the MEGA-fuse is rated 125A / 80V, ideal for 48V DC systems, with low resistance for minimal losses.

  • Secure fuse mounting: Victron MEGA-fuse holder with 2× M8 connections, suitable for pressed cable lugs up to 70mm², for a solid and reliable contact.

Cable quality and construction (35mm²)

This set uses the same OEM 35mm² battery cable specification as listed on EtronixCenter:

  • Double insulated, oil resistant, very flexible

  • Conductor: electrolytic / annealed copper (Class 6)

  • Insulation: PVC; outer sheath: NBR/PVC

  • Cable diameter: 11.30 mm

  • Max current (cable spec): 139 A

  • Working voltage: 0.6/1 kV (test voltage 3.5 kV)

  • Temperature range: -40°C to +70°C

  • Flame spread: IEC 60332-1-2

Victron protection included

  • Victron MEGA-fuse 125A / 80V (DC rated). Victron’s datasheet lists approx. 110 mV voltage drop and 0.653 mΩ cold resistance for the 125A/80V MEGA-fuse.

  • Victron MEGA-fuse holder (CIP000100001): holder for all MEGA fuses, with 2× M8 cable-lug connections (up to 70mm²).

Typical applications

  • Battery to inverter (Victron, Deye, Solis, etc.)

  • Battery to DC busbar / distribution

  • ESS systems where you want neat wiring + correct overcurrent protection

Installation note (best practice)

Mount the fuse holder as close to the battery as practical to protect the cable run, and ensure all connections are properly tightened and insulated (professional installation recommended for high-current DC systems).
