The BYD Battery-Box HVS+ 2.56kWh Battery Module is a high-quality lithium iron phosphate battery module designed for the latest BYD Battery-Box HVS+ high-voltage energy storage systems. With a modular and scalable design, the HVS+ platform offers a reliable and flexible solution for residential PV storage applications, on-grid systems, backup configurations and compatible off-grid installations.
Each HVS+ module provides 2.56kWh of designed energy capacity and operates at 102.4V. By combining multiple HVS+ modules with the required BYD BCU / Base unit and a compatible inverter, a complete BYD Battery-Box HVS+ tower can be built in capacities from 5.12kWh up to 12.8kWh per tower. For larger installations, compatible system configurations can be expanded further according to the official BYD compatibility and installation guidelines.
The BYD HVS+ system is based on safe and durable LiFePO4 battery technology and is designed for high efficiency, long service life and stable performance. The system supports CAN / RS485 communication, intelligent battery management, automatic SOC adjustment, remote diagnosis and OTA firmware updates when configured with the appropriate BYD system components and monitoring accessories.
Thanks to its patented internal plug connection and modular structure, the BYD Battery-Box HVS+ platform is designed for fast, clean and professional installation. The system is suitable for indoor and outdoor floor-mounted installations and offers an IP55 protection rating, making it a strong choice for modern solar energy storage projects.

A complete BYD Battery-Box HVS+ system requires the correct number of HVS+ modules, a compatible BYD BCU / Base unit and a compatible inverter. Always check the latest BYD Battery-Box compatibility list and the inverter manufacturer’s installation requirements before ordering or installation.
HVS+ modules must only be used within a compatible BYD Battery-Box HVS+ configuration. Different BYD battery module types, such as HVB, HVS+ and HVM+, must not be mixed within the same battery tower or parallel system.
