This new style MultiPlus 48/2000/25 inverter/charger combination is a powerful pure sine wave inverter, an advanced battery charger with adaptive charging technology and a high-speed AC transfer switch in a single compact housing. The elongated steel/plastic housing (protection class IP 21) makes the new MultiPlus models easy to recognize.

The MultiPlus 12/2000/25 combines a powerful pure sine wave inverter with a capacity of 2000 VA (1600 Watts), an advanced battery charger with 25 Amp adaptive charging technology, and a high-speed AC transfer switch in a single compact housing. This MultiPlus is supplied without the necessary cables.

This newest member of the MultiPlus family is equipped with PowerControl and PowerAssist functionality. All models are suitable for 3-phase and parallel connection, and have a maximum switching current of 32A. Victron Energy's inverter/chargers are designed for professional use. They are suitable for a variety of devices with high and low starting powers. The MultiPlus is a multifunctional energy system with sine wave inverter, battery charger and AC transfer switch. The batteries are safely charged, even if the quality of the power supply is low.

Proven reliability
The full bridge plus toroidal transformer topology has proven to be very reliable for many years. The inverter is short-circuit proof and protects against overheating whether due to overload or high ambient temperature.

PowerControl - Maximize use of limited generator, shore or mains power
A maximum generator or shore power can be set with the Digital Multi Control control panel. The MultiPlus then takes into account other power consumers and only uses the power that is still 'left' for charging, so that the generator or shore connection is not overloaded.

PowerAssist – Do more with your generator or shore power
Where peak power is often only needed for a short time, the MultiPlus ensures that insufficient shore or generator power is immediately compensated with power from the battery. If the load decreases, the reserve current is used to recharge the battery.

High start-up power
Required to start loads with high inrush current such as voltage converters for LED lamps, halogen lamps or power tools.

Search Mode (search mode)
When the 'search mode' is switched on, the inverter's no-load power consumption is reduced by approx. 70%. The 'search mode' means that the Multi is switched off when there is no load or when it is very low. Every 2 seconds the Multi will switch on briefly. If the output current exceeds a set level, the inverter continues to operate. If not, the inverter turns off again.

Programmable relay
The programmable relay is set as an alarm relay by default, i.e. the relay de-energizes in the event of an alarm or a pre-alarm (inverter almost too hot, ripple voltage on the input almost too high, battery voltage almost too low).

Remote monitoring and control - optional
Monitor and control your MultiPlus system locally (LAN) or remotely over the Internet from anywhere in the world with the free VRM app and the free VRM portal website. Access is possible for multiple operating systems via a telephone, tablet, laptop or PC. The level of control from customizing the MultiPlus to setting up a Geofence for rental vehicles and more is endless. This requires a control device from the GX family.

IP21 models 500VA - 1600VA
The new MultiPlus IP22 models are available in power ratings of 500VA, 800VA, 1200VA, 1600VA in 12V, 24V and 48V voltage ratings.
