RMA conditions

 

These RMA Terms and Conditions apply to offers, negotiations and agreements between Holland Electronics B.V.: DutchMart.nl as seller and its customer as buyer (the "customer") with regard to products to be delivered by Holland Electronics B.V.: DutchMart.nl. The general terms and conditions of sale and delivery of Holland Electronics B.V. : DutchMart.nl also apply. A copy of these terms and conditions can be obtained from DutchMart.nl. In the event of any conflict between any provision of these RMA Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions, the latter shall prevail. Such a contradiction shall not affect the validity of the other provisions in these RMA Terms and Conditions.

These RMA Terms and Conditions include an RMA procedure arrangement for: defective products (I), incorrect order and incorrect delivery (II), defect and damage on delivery (III).

All amounts mentioned in these RMA Terms and Conditions are ex VAT.

All rates and conditions that apply to the RMA conditions of Holland Electronics B.V.: DutchMart.nl as well as contact details and forms are stated on the website DutchMart.nl, hereinafter referred to as "Holland Electronics B.V.: DutchMart.nl" website.

I. RMA control for defective products

1.1 General: A distinction is made between handling DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Warranty.

1.2 DOA: A DOA handling only applies to products from manufacturers that have a DOA regulation. This period is usually 14 days, unless otherwise regulated by the manufacturer. In the event of an accepted DOA, the customer is never entitled to more than credit for the defective product. For all DOA schemes, DOAs are only accepted if the products are completed and returned in the original packaging (undescribed and without stickers).

1.3 Warranty: A manufacturer's warranty period starts at the time of delivery (invoice date). If a check shows that the product is not a DOA or does not show a defect, Holland Electronics B.V. DutchMart.nl reserves the right to charge research costs to the customer. Defects caused by software or configuration problems are never covered by any warranty.

1.4 Procedure: For the return of defective goods, an RMA number must always be requested. The customer must send the RMA application form fully completed to Holland Electronics B.V.: DutchMart.nl RMA department, as stated on Holland Electronics B.V.: DutchMart.nl website. The application form can be found on Holland Electronics B.V.: DutchMart.nl website.

1.5. Incomplete or unclear forms will not be processed. Defective products can only be sent after assignment of an RMA number by Holland Electronics B.V.: DutchMart.nl. The RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the (transport) packaging. No rights can be derived from the warranty handling, stated on the RMA form. The existence and extent of the possible applicable warranty will be determined as soon as possible after receipt of the defective product by Holland Electronics B.V.: DutchMart.nl. The transport risk of returned products is for the customer, who must at all times ensure a properly packaged product.

1.6. After authorization by Holland Electronics B.V.: DutchMart.nl in accordance with the above provisions, defective products must be sent to: Holland Electronics B.V.: DutchMart.nl

II RMA regulation in case of incorrect order or delivery

2.1. Return of non-defective products by the customer will only take place with due observance of the following conditions.

2.2. An RMA application must be submitted via our website within 14 days of the invoice date, as stated on Holland Electronics B.V.: DutchMart.nl website. The products to be returned must be current and saleable as new, in undamaged packaging, unopened and without broken seals. Products ordered, combined or modified at the request of the customer can never be returned.

2.3. The RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the transport packaging.

2.4. Products that are returned to Holland Electronics B.V.: DutchMart.nl without an RMA number will be refused, as well as unstamped shipments. After receipt and inspection of the products in the warehouse, administrative processing and a credit note will follow within 30 days. The amount of the credit depends on the condition of the products, exclusively at the discretion of Holland Electronics B.V.: DutchMart.nl.

2.5. Holland Electronics B.V.: DutchMart.nl reserves the right to charge a restocking fee.

III. RMA regulation in case of defect and damage on delivery

Unexpected defects or damage on delivery must be reported to us at all times via our website, by telephone or by e-mail within 2 days of receipt. Holland Electronics B.V.: DutchMart.nl reserves the right to do the necessary research before agreeing to this conclusion and will take care of the RMA application and/or any replacement order (unless otherwise agreed).

IV. No exchange

If your RMA application is granted, Holland Electronics B.V. will: DutchMart.nl draw up a credit note at all times. Holland Electronics B.V.: DutchMart.nl will NEVER exchange the returned product; you will NOT automatically receive a new product. For a new product you have to enter a new order yourself.
